Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
• Items like underwear or personal items (if applicable) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return Shipping
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Feel free to return the original item and place a new order through our website. This ensures faster processing and availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We quality-check everything, but mistakes happen. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description. We’ll make it right.
